Take home is approx $121k. Vacation time (we call it rec. leave) is 4 weeks per year if you work Mon-Fri no night shifts, 5 weeks if you work on any day of the week and 6 weeks if you work night shift. You will start at the bottom with rec. leave but depending on location it is not usually a big problem to get it. Rec leave is rarely not honoured. They are required to reimburse your expenses if it is not honoured.
