Yep, noted Flex. Had the wrong end of the snake on this one. I was just a bit frustrated with the issues becoming so personal. Some of the guys I know and respect, but I completely agree that it is ultimately a CX strategy designed to undermine the TB. I was a bit blind to that initially, so humbly acknowledge that. Too much sacrifice made by too many people to want to see that compromised. If it's any consolation, the numbers involved won't really relieve the pressure on the company to any degree. KA took almost 5 years to get the contract they did (better than ours!), so i'm in it for the long haul. I appreciate the effort everyone is making, sorry I appeared insensitive to that. I think most know by my rantings that I am pretty pro-AOA and it's efforts.
