Why not just go to the flight school and apply on your own?
It's mentored, so you will have a personal mentor from Flybe who will assist you throughout your training. I haven't looked at this one in detail but it sounds like your type rating is paid for.
Also, the Airline First Officer Programme at FTE will result in you gaining an fATPL, not an MPL.
