I don't understand, what is the benefit of this when you have to fully fund the training yourself?
Why not just go to the flight school and apply on your own?
It's slightly cheaper than the normal ATPL route, considering the type rating is included in the price.
Also, while still not 100% guaranteed, it's a more secure way to be sure you'll have a job at the end.
Applying to a school as good as FTE directly is still a good way to go though!
