training....
Checking (IR/528/PC's/Comand Lofts etc)
is not training and they would be
directly usurping the position of an active "
still on the seniority list" flight crew member.
This is a CX back door move just as they have always done and
always, surprise surprise, to the detriment of line flight crew.
I'm real glad to see your are all for this
