Your numbers are wrong by about three years. 777 FOs weren't working hard until recently so a bit over 7000hrs would be about right after you consider pre flying training at Parafield, Jet orientation course, the ATPL course, then Cadet training is all included? Did he start on the 310 and move across to the Boeing?
