B777 TO/GA Switch op's.
1. GA mode is inhibited on ground
2. TO mode is inhibited in the air (and >50 knots on ground)
3. Speed brakes, if armed, require air ground inputs and MLG tilt press inputs to deploy - Tilt pressure is so a "bounce" won't deploy them.
