The GCAA will still be leading the investigation and will be ultimately responsible for what is eventually published. The NTSB and any other investigative body from any other state will merely be there to assist as and when required.

In addition to the above I am also led to believe that the state of engine manufacturer is also entitled to participate if required, so the UK AAIB could also be involved too?
