I doubt EK will be able to brush this one under the carpet. The Big 3 in the US may well use this to ask difficult questions re fatigue (regardless of it possibly being a contributing factor here) Too many other interested parties with solid reputations (Boeing and Rolls Royce) at stake.

I also second the comments that the FO MUST have a lawyer present during his de-brief. KG (in the past) and others have denied people the chance to take notes and have a representative/witness present. In one instance, the two other people in the room wouldn't even introduce themselves and reneged on a promised transcript.
Good to see that most people and the mods are being sensible with their comments.
