External parties wouldn't see all the data. Why would EK/DCAA/GCAA show rosters to NTSB.
The unexpected has happened. EK never supposed to have an operational incident. Even if there were such incident, local not supposed to be the PF. Even if there were fatalities, not supposed to be local.
