Yes, find a different company to work for. FOQA is valuable for trend analysis (ie, consistently greater than 2G, pitch rate etc) but utterly useless for one off events based such as yours.
As others have said above, the ONLY reliable source for a hard landing is pilot assessment.
And believe me, you'd know if you'd done a 2G landing (been there, done that, sat by myself in a dark room for some time afterward).
