My experience with early flights is that most are just asleep,ditto the very late flights
The biggest problem I had was a flight out of Manchester that was delayed by 3+ hours and many of the pax were high on booze already.
Dealing with stag & hen parties can be a challenge, the hens are worse than than the stags at least in the air, you need experienced cabin crew who know how to handle these very different groups.
