I learnt to fly in Australia. Althought it was 20 years ago, I still remember and apply much of what I was taught. The nature of the country mean that you will learn to be a self reliant pilot. I can speak for Spannish instruction but if it's anything like what they give "Down_under" you can't go wrong.
