Good luck mate, but from what I have observed recently you need to wear tits or a turban to succeed in any legal action against the MoD.
I hope you have more luck than when I tried. Even though I had the backing of 2 major Commands, the Air Sec and PMA still managed to give me a jolly good rogering
But I was persuaded not to go to the Air Force board, seeing as they just ask for specialist advice from PMA (the same agency who were responsible for my stitch-up in the first place.
