DD - There aren't too many commerical sources of the info you want. Most stuff is company provided or Boeing proprietary. Here are a couple of good sources for "generic" 767/757 procedures, etc. A bit expensive, but may prove worthwhile for you.

I'd be careful about jamming to many procedural items into my head prior to the course. As you know individual companies fly the same airplanes somewhat differently - in addition to having different engines. If I were you, I'd concentrate on getting the Limitations and Red-Boxed Memory Items memorized first and save detailed system/sim stuff for them to teach their way.
