Just so its here in case anyone else has a similar question, my CAME said so long as you have the paperwork that shows what the results were and that you have ordered the prescription, they can issue the medical as fit.
Interestingly I still passed the "uncorrected" vision test this year by the hair of a small rodent so I wonder if Transport is overly generous or if my optometrist is trying to screw my benefits plan
Also. My CAME mentioned that starting in 2017, Transport Canada will start tracking our waist circumference, BMI and cholesterol levels along with a couple other changes they've been saving since 1981.
