Presumably not, otherwise they would have done it..
It's hard to know where to start.
A pair of the most powerful Trent variant would produce about 75% of the 747-8's installed thrust.
Perhaps if they narrowed and shortened the fuselage, removed the hump, scaled down the wing, etc ...
