Yeah, I worded that incorrectly as I was answering the original query. You can't excercise any new privileges on the underlying licence with reference to the 61.75. I.e the MEP in an N reg unless the ME is shown on the 61.75. The original validation of the underlying licence is invalid and so to add the rating the process must be done again.
