Do you think a combination factors might have done for them , i don't know like thinking Mumbai or Saudi or Tel Aviv from a small regional close to Slough might have generated more return?
Or that a rather parochial carrier in Europes' second banking city might have been a saviour but finally falling prey to the predator at home base where their valuable slots were subsequently divided up between LH and BA !
