Sorry no, I was at Rogers until it folded, Millair were then formed after that date as Rogers did not want anyone to have access to his land, which was also where his private home was.

He in effect bought the engine and prop shop back from the receivers through a third party?

I do not know if the other company is related, you can get companies sometimes with similar names.
