Meanwhile the National Audit Office are warning some major national infastructure spend nay not be possible citing HS2, LHR3 oh and the NorthernPowerhouse.
Now I'm not exactly sure where the mammoth spending on the #northernpowerhouse was due to take place anyway ( ideas anybody, maybe it's the A6 bypass ), but anyway assuming there was a plan in the first place which projects North or South do we suspect would get culled.
