Is it not true that if you're already at the structural limit with the appropriate BFL V1, any extra weight allowance available as a result of the existing ambient conditions can only be used to satisfy performance penalty reductions (i.e. runway contamination, antiskid inop, etc.) down to, or even possibly below this limit? An available range of V1s is somewhat moot.
