The information on their site is a bit conflicting. Indeed on the FAQ it says that shortlisted candidates will be invited directly to Dublin. However, if you take a look here (

Successful candidates at this point will receive another link for the next online assessment via e-mail.
But indeed, I assume that the FAQ info is updated, but who knows. Best of luck to all !
