COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 965/2012

Paco, a question for you!
In the all important document EU 965/2012 there is plenty of information regarding minimum RVRs for the approach and landing for CAT 1,2 and 3 ac but there is NOTHING regarding minimum RVR values for take-off.
I am still teaching the old EU OPS `table` which draws the distinction between Category A,B,C,D ac, Runway markings/lighting, RVR availability etc.
Having looked through `EASA Air Operations Annexes 1 to 8`, dated September 2014, it seems that a lot of these parameters have changed somewhat and there is no obvious reference to ac categories whatsoever.
In short, what do the current LOs assume are the correct RVR values for the EASA exam?

The exact area I saw in the (huge) EASA document I mention above is Annex V Part-SPA, AMC1 SPA.LVO.100 Low visibility operations
