If you have no better options, 5j would be apt , you are on your own most of the time with no assistance from the company but at the end of the day it's a job , they pay on time and youre getting those hours to the number you have in your head before its time to leave.
Pay on time? Ha! Don't expect a paycheck for the first few months and try living on the training "allowance".
As far as those hours, your future employer will see where you gained that "experience" and thus another black mark on the resume.
