That's now gone. Just hourly rate. Believe me, 1200/month was much tougher having spoken to a few FO's here.
Annual salary ~32,000. All in all a very good starting salary

What you said here is spot on. Not a bad starting wage but after the outlay it's hard. Very good prospects though if you can stick it out...
