That link is to the draft of the main regulation. What you really want is the consolidated version which includes all the updates, guidance material and acceptable means of compliance in one place.
Take a look at
the main page. Then look under the drop down list under Air Operations for "Easy Access rules". There is something similar for the aircrew regulation. Here is the
link but it will be broken as soon as they update it.
