Low standard ops: The small fleet crews were often forced by the company to go over duty, to take "irregular" flights such as landing commercially on airports not suitable for landing purposes ecc.
Mmm and still a lot of brokers will go out and sell companies like these to their customers as "great company and they are looked after by the Austrian government so very safe...."
If the customers only knew where the lowest price was coming from... Low salaries, low standards low experience and crew that is pushed (and crew who will loose their licences if they are found out!)...
