I have just been out flying in the Kalgoolie -Northam area and despite the extra cost to GA for ADSB, Airservices have not upgraded to class E controlled airspace , so it's still dirt road, do it yourself , 1030s Marconi airspace.
It appears Airservices management just want GA to pay the extra costs with no safer service provided by their organisation .
Selfish.
