The guy heading Reservations is British, not Australian.
He worked in a senior management position for Railtrack in the UK before joining GF which hardly justifies referring to him as a "railway worker".
Prior to joining Railtrack he was Reservations Manager for British Midland ... very relevant background I would have thought.
