Phase 2
Does selection day phase 2 incorporate an interview? Or is it purely technical based? I was under the impression that phase 2 consisted of maths/aptitude/groupwork and then phase 3 was on a separate day and incorporated the interview/competency-based stuff - would I be correct in thinking so?
Any heads up on this would be greatly appreciated!
