Same identical thing happened to the wife yesterday. She called me in and showed me that there was no menu in the print button to select pages and it was now too late.
I reached over and opened the lid on the printer and got a printer error message from the printer. This was followed by a correction panel that included canceling the print job!!!
But even then with the printer stopped one has plenty of time to show the wife the control panel feature and all the drop down menus to wade though to find the cancel print command.
I warned her that even pulling the plug on the printer might only temporarily stop the print only for it to restart when the printer is plugged back in.
That's why I prefer having the printer generate it's own error menu on the computer which pops the cancel command up on the screen where the wife can find it without calling me.
