Those flexicrew rates are a lot lower than what I'd previously heard(starting at ~50/hr for the first 500 hrs) - have they been cut?
They're higher than they used to be through CTC. Think it was £20/hour on the old deal with the £1200 a month allowance for 8 months. Thats from two FO's I spoke to yesterday who did the MPL through CTC. Parc contract through Oxford is more, £50/hour, maybe thats what you'd heard?
My understanding is the MPL cadets go onto Flexicrew/Parc and then eligible for permanent contract after 12 months. Again, thats from the two I spoke to yesterday, they got their SO contracts after 12 months.
