501-1500 hours £43 per block hour - £150.50 standby rate
1501+ hours £52 per block hour - £182 standby rate

approx £41,000 on SO contract - 100% hours.
Those flexicrew rates are a lot lower than what I'd previously heard(starting at ~50/hr for the first 500 hrs) - have they been cut?
Also, what scale do MPL cadets go onto? Do they follow the same route of flexicrew for at least a year and then (perhaps) a permanent SO contract?
