One important point that hasn't yet been mentioned on here is that the Voyager has a full DAS suite fitted, which in my opinion is vital in this day & age for an aircraft that will be carrying high-profile government VIPs.
In addition, it would theoretically be possible to trail a couple of Typhoons along if ever the PM needs to fly over/near somewhere "hot"!
