Been there done that: Twins were in NICU and company did cover nearly all of our costs-which were substantial. Also there is an option (we took it) to pay around 5000AED that covers access to the NICU at the 'Latifa' hospital on Oud Metha Rd, which has the highest level of NICU available in the region (or did in 2011). To do it you also have to see one of the OB's there as well as whomever you are seeing now. We ended up at City (excellent) but spent the 5k as a 'just in case' back up to have access to the highest level NICU if needed. Good Luck-twins are awesome-
