What confusion? My first posting of the day on this topic [No.5382 at 07:51 - before you even pitched in] praises the operation of the queues in T3. My later postings praise the role of the queue management staff throughout the airport. I missed the rule which said I was only allowed to refer to one specific location mentioned by you. Why should I march to your beat?

Classy response, sir. My postings give airport staff due praise for a job well done. Yours are an exercise in spleen-venting and offensive name-calling. I am content to let readers here judge our character flaws for themselves by the contents of our respective postings.
I stand by my praise for the queue management system in operation at all three MAN terminals and the staff involved in making it work. Flows through the choke-points have improved considerably since their introduction.
