Bingo, the other thing to remember every time we talk about luring companies from silicon valley is that we have an agreement with the US that American companies who pay less than the US tax rate here still pay the difference in the US (eg; if their tax rate is 35% and ours is 30%, 5% gets collected and sent to the US).
