From what my old Expat "mates" are passing on is that any worsening conditions they will just simply walk as it simply wont be worth the pain for the skinny money on offer.
Then there is the National pilots (the new breed) simply wanting to leave as they can't understand why they are being shafted in money and conditions and no-one has offered a reason.
