You guys will be pushing up daisies before a verdict is reached in this case.
The 2015 Contract expires on the 30th of March, 2017, and the new contract will be reviewed (NOTE: NO MENTION OF NEGOTIATION) in the 6 months prior to its expiry.

I'd suggest that a verdict MUST be reached prior to AIRNOGAT/PILOTS issuing a new contract predicated on AIORNOGAT "REVIEWING" the contract, that being the one under the current Court Review.

From what I hear, IALPA is advising from the background, assisting the reported very, very, competant Legal Counsel that the National Airlines Pilots Union, supported by the PNG Airline Pilots Association, have engaged.

So, I suggest that any legal action would probably need to be resolved rather quickly.

Anyway, one way AIRNOGAT will have SOME pilots to fly SOME of its aircraft, the other way they wont have any.

Can hear the scream from Waigani now, "WHAT...NO JET TO HAGAN, AN ATR TO TO LAE, WHAT HAVE YOU MANAGEMENT GUYS DONE TO THIS COUNTRIES FINE AIRLINE!!!!
