Hearing 20 June:
The Judge wants both lawyers to use the pilots affidavit as the guideline for the next hearing so that his honor will determine finally the legal issues to be trialed.
Lawyer for PX reckoned that the list of legal issues to be trialed is too long but the Judge objected saying all were valid thus the order was for both sides to use the pilots affidavit as the guideline for the pre-trial hearing directions by the Judge.
The next hearing is early next month on the 8th or 9th (to be confirmed) but after that hearing the case will be heard by a Trial Judge hopefully within the same month of July.
