Nice thinking about CLB invalidating Vmca.
But is it really the case? If using DERATE (as opposed to AST method) surely the derate gives max achievable thrust - forming the basis for Vmca et al. - and thus CLB cannot be more than that. Or can it? I never operated a derated setup, just asking...
