I don’t think anyone denies the difference, at least at a cosmetic level, ‘before’ and ‘after’ Stobart.
The issue is whether in business terms that investment has been productive. Increased passenger numbers are meaningless if Stobart Group are making a loss on each one. Because it’s not Stobart’s money – it’s shareholders.
