Pretty small beer amongst some of the places here, but an evening flight in a DH Rapide from Links to Norfolk as the sun was going down. There were stubble fires in the fields and the smoke was going up in gentle spirals as the wind angle changed with hight. We were at around 1000ft and the light was magical. It got a bit less so when we arrived in the gloom and there was nobody home to turn the lights on.
