If you are a UK licence holder, and intend to use a non-UK examiner for the IR or MEP/IR Proficiency Check, they must comply with the examiner designation requirements stated in the
EASA Examiner Differences document and guidance in
Information Notice IN 2016-003. No powerpoint required any more.
Basically the only extra thing is an engine out circuit to land.
It's a bit more than that. CAA form
SRG1157 page 2 provides a summary of the various sections and items in Appendix 9 to Part-FCL, from where the content of the check has been derived. The difference in content between a multi-engine IR Proficiency Check (Section 1, 3B, and 6) and combined MEP/IR Proficiency Check is about an additional 30 minutes flying, where the MEP/IR Prof Cx would include Section 1, 2, 3B, 4, 5, and 6.
