I see that David Austin roses has been forced to close on Sunday for the Cosford air show as it is below the main display area.
Pitty, as the Rose gardens are fantastic, you get a good free view of the display and my lad has just started to show an interest in aviation deciding that he wants to be a fighter pilot.
I guess we will just have to make a trip to the South side at Manchester airport some time and see if I can persuade him that being lowly airline pilot like his dad is something worth aiming for.
