The short answer to that is NO, all they are interested in is your money
We recently flew ILY-GLA-MAN, all sectors operated by Logainair but booked through FlyBe, on purple aircraft with crew in FlyBe uniforms, FlyBe magazines in the seats, FlyBe flight numbers, FlyBe showing on the boards etc - GLA-MAN was delayed by several hours, then cancelled then the next flight delayed by equally as long due to a variety of different technical faults with various Saabs. Filed an EU261 claim with FlyBe as the operator we booked with and after sitting on it for a fortnight said sorry, nothing to do with us why not give Logainair a try. To Logainairs credit they dealt with it and issued a 1000EUR bank transfer within 48hrs.

I appreciate that as Franchise operators there will be grey areas where responsibility lies more with one that the other but when it's a very effortless integrated experience to extract money, it shouldn't be like trying to get blood from a stone and being passed around the houses trying to get any kind of support!
