Have to disagree there, Gen. D. The results may be the same but I know for a fact that his approach to pilots and our issues is 180 out from TCAS. Email the man. Tell him your deals. At least he goes to the "shop floor" every week. And I don't mean Costa. Decisions that affect our overall conditions are NOT made on the 3rd floor.
