88, good post! The company really doesn't care if you leave. Look at the recruitment thread and you will see that the interviewing is flat out and they are barely getting the numbers but that fact is they are filling the slots. Stay because you want to ( for your out personal reason) or leave for the same. It's tiring to sit in the flight deck and hear some guy go on and on about how bad things are , can't we just enjoy the day/ trip/ layover.
