Parking at your base airport is provided I believe but not having a car I have never really asked about it.
If your duty starts before 06 am and/or finishes after 10pm company will arrange transportation for the crew with a midicar from/to your place.

As an SFO it hugely depends on your country of fiscal residence, in some places you might have to pay taxes on top of the swiss one the company pays.
With an average month you can expect about 2700/3300 euros on a local SFO contract, after deductions on social security, taxes and type rating repayment, depending on base and family status, assuming no other tax in your home country. If rated it is about 420 eur gross more.
If on Confair expect around 10/15% more, but you have to take care of social security.
For six month after upgrade you are under junior captain salary, but I am not able to give accurate figures.
